Therefore, when starting up the web business, we set about concentrating on a limited number of top quality tackle products including, match keepnets and pole rollers etc.
At this stage in our development, this selected amount of items helps us build and concentrate all our resources into ensuring, you, the angler, get the very best products and service, and having around 3/4000 items in stock we can supply your needs immediately.
Being a small family operation we can totally commit ourselves to ensure you get our full attention enabling us to give you a hands-on top quality service. By being a small operation and not having any middlemen, wholesalers, retail etc we are able to provide tackle prices that are at least half of any other supplier of comparable type or quality.
We design, purchase, and import all our own products from some of the very best tackle manufactures. The same people that make tackle for a number of the so-called, big names.
Our quality is equally as good, if not better, than a great majority of other suppliers at truly jaw-dropping prices.
Do you provide International delivery?
We endever to ship overseas, mainly Europe (EEC area) therefore please ask for a courier quotation prior to ordering, we endever to obtain the lowest cost shipping rate available and get-back to you with the price obtained for your approval
How do I return an item?
If in the unlikely event you may wish to return an item. Please email first so we can offer the best method of return. We will then advise best way of returning the ite to us. We will always pay the return shipping cost.
What is your returns policy?
Inline with online selling regulations we will always accept product that has failed or broken within the EEC trading rules. For health and safty reasons we can only accept goods in a clean unused condition, prefreble in the original packaging. Goods that in our opinion have damaged, soiled or obviously mishandled by the customer will not be accepted.
All goods wishing to be returned will be at the companies discretion.
How do I track my order?
Majority of our couriers will send you an email containing confirmation of collection along with a progress tracking number. With some couriers that don't provide customers with tracking info. We will email you 'if required' a parcel tracking number..
How can I contact your couriers?
In most cases with parcel orders, an email will be sent to you by the courier advising that they have the parcel and are in the process of delivering. If there are any problems regards the courier/s let us know and we'll contact them on your behalf and try and sort-out any queries you might have.
What are your delivery options?
All letter post is sent via Royal Mail, Parcels are handled by either FedEx or My Hermes couriers.
For overseas parcels best price will be obtained from a variety of couriers.
What about postal charges?
We try always to find the lowest cost means of shipping your orders. However, whenever the charge paid, is more than we pay, A refund for overpayment will be given as soon as couriers charge is known.
However some smaller postal items are sometimes offered post free.
